Nutribot CRM is a Polish-built ordering and kitchen system for meal prep companies, with published plans from $99 a month, a 14-day free trial, and route planning with a mobile app for drivers. It fits an operator who wants to self-serve on a listed tier and run drivers in-house. Flambia System came out of the same market, built by an operator who ran three brands on it, and arrives set up with you rather than as a trial. Pick by how you want to start, not by feature count.
Nutribot is the closest match to Flambia on this site, because both grew up in the same country and the same business: prepaid daily meal plans, cooked in one kitchen, delivered in bags by morning. Poland has run that model at scale for years, which is why both systems exist. Every Nutribot fact below comes from nutribotcrm.com as read on September 23, 2026. Where Nutribot is ahead, I say so.
Where Nutribot is ahead
- The van, not just the kitchen. Its delivery pages describe route planning, automatic assignment of addresses to drivers, real-time driver location and delivery status, and a dedicated mobile app for drivers with photo proof of delivery. Flambia does not sequence routes, so if you run your own drivers and want live tracking, Nutribot has the feature and we do not.
- Published tiers and a trial. Backoffice plans cost $99 or $249 a month, with no transaction fee. eCommerce plans cost $99, $249 or $449 a month; Starter adds a flat 1.5 percent transaction fee, and Professional and Premium add 1.0 to 0.55 percent. Onboarding is optional, at $250 or $500. The pricing page also lists a 14-day free trial, “No long-term contracts” and 20 percent off for annual billing.
- Dietitian tools and customer apps. An ingredients database, and recipes, meals and menus built “based on macro and foodcost requirements”, food-cost control on the Professional tiers, and iOS and Android apps where customers renew orders and rate meal plans.
What operators ask for beyond features
With Nutribot the question is rarely a missing feature. It is what happens when a capable tool still does not turn into a running business.
Setting it up alone. A 14-day trial is generous, and Nutribot sells optional onboarding at $250 or $500. What no trial includes is an operator who ran the model guiding your setup on scheduled calls.
The first customers. “I just don’t know how to get that off the ground,” one operator told us. Software does not answer that, ours included. In our fastest growth phase my brands signed 150 to 250 new customers a week, so I can at least show you the path I walked.
Menu fatigue and margin drift. Customers leave when meals repeat, and food cost drifts when nobody checks it. Nutribot’s dietitian tools build menus against macro and food-cost requirements. Flambia’s optimiser adds a no-repeat-within-7-days rule and weighs customer ratings against food cost each time it composes a menu, and a report shows realised food cost against your target.
What Flambia brings from the same market
My three brands ran on Flambia System, and I sold all three. Four parts answer the gaps above:
- An optimiser composes the rotating menu under hard macro bounds, a price cap and a no-repeat-within-7-days rule; customer ratings feed dish selection, weighed against food cost by a setting you control.
- 26 production report types, a 7-day demand forecast and two-layer food cost, realised against a target you set (24 percent unless you change it).
- A per-address delivery report emailed to each courier company automatically once the day is finalised. No route sequencing; that is the honest gap next to Nutribot.
- A win-back engine for lapsed customers, and a referral code on every customer account.
And the part software cannot do: I have packed two thousand bags in a morning, so I know what your first delivery morning needs. There is no trial, on purpose. You book a 30-minute fit call instead, and it ends with a yes and a start date, or a plain not now. Setting the system up with you is a separate, paid step.
Nutribot vs Flambia System, side by side
Nutribot cells mirror its pricing, product and contact pages as read on September 23, 2026; Flambia cells reflect only what the software verifiably does.

Who should stay on Nutribot
Stay if you employ your own drivers and want their routes planned and their vans tracked live; that is a real capability we do not have. Stay if you want to evaluate alone on a 14-day trial and buy on a published tier without a call. Stay if a white-label customer app at a listed price matters to you. We fit better when you want the person who ran the model guiding your setup, and a menu optimiser under macro bounds, a price cap and a no-repeat-within-7-days rule, with food cost reported against your target.
Frequently asked questions
Is Flambia a good Nutribot alternative?
On features, the two are the closest pair in the category, both born in the Polish prepaid meal-plan market. Nutribot adds route planning and driver tracking and sells published tiers with a trial. Flambia System is set up with you by the operator who built it, with an optimiser that composes the rotating menu under macro bounds and a price cap, and two-layer food cost, realised against your target. Choose by how you want to start, not by the feature list.
Does Flambia plan delivery routes like Nutribot?
No. Flambia builds a per-address delivery report for the day, with name, address, intercom code, time window, phone, zone and courier, and emails it to each courier company automatically once the day is finalised. It does not sequence the stops or track vans. Nutribot describes route planning and real-time driver tracking; if you run in-house drivers, weigh that.
Both come from Poland. Does Flambia work outside Poland?
The model has so far been proven only in Poland, and the software is Polish-first. Each brand in the System keeps its own language, currency, payments and invoices, but a first launch in a new country means real development work on translation, payments and tax, quoted with you before we start. The quickest way to check is to see if your kitchen fits.
