Your call is on the calendar.

The Calendly email is already in your inbox with the Google Meet link inside — that link is where we meet, nobody dials your phone. Three things before we talk. They take a few minutes and they decide how useful the 30 minutes get.

1Confirm the calendar invite

Open the confirmation email and hit Yes on the calendar invite — that’s how we know you’re coming. Operators who do this show up; the ones who “will remember” usually don’t. Ten seconds.

2Know these three things before the call

  • The model: prepaid weekly meal plans on the kitchen you already run. Customers pay for the week before you cook it, so the food is funded before you shop.
  • The proof: Paweł built, ran and sold three of these brands. The best month was $203,956, reached in month four; at full scale the kitchens sent out ~10,000 meals daily, all delivered by morning.
  • The call: a fit check, not a pitch. We put your numbers next to that model and both decide if it carries your kitchen.

3Set up the 30 minutes

  • At a computer, on Google Meet, camera on — we’ll look at numbers together, a phone screen is too small for that.
  • A quiet room and 30 undisturbed minutes.
  • Your numbers at hand: rough monthly food cost, how many covers or orders you do now, and the neighbourhoods you’d deliver to. Real numbers make it a working session, not a chat.

What the 30 minutes look like: you talk first — your kitchen, your city, what you run today. Paweł walks you through how the prepaid meal-prep model would sit on top of it. Then we both decide if it’s a fit: we’re looking for a kitchen we can help scale, and you’re deciding if we’re the people to do it with. If it isn’t a match, we say so and part as colleagues.

Need to move the slot? Use the reschedule link in the same email; it beats cancelling.
