The operator behind Flambia

I build food brands, and the software that runs them.

I started in the kitchen, not in a software office. I built three food brands from a single kitchen — one of them, a subscription meal brand, reached $203,956 a month by its fourth month — and sold all three. I learned the hard way that revenue without measuring costs is driving with no fuel gauge: the brand that looked like it was winning was the one quietly bleeding cash.

Before that, and alongside it, I ran the marketing and the tracking for Audi, Volkswagen, KFC and WizzAir — the unsexy back-office work: making sure every sale was actually counted, so the ad money follows the sales that really happen.

The brands I built — and sold

Three food brands, built from a single kitchen and sold: Black Monkey Cooks first, then Primate, then Cebulka Catering — the one that scaled to $203,956 a month by its fourth month, off a simple prepaid meal-plan line.

Why I built Flambia

Every operator I met had the same problem, and it was never the food. It was customers. A kitchen that already pays its rent, its head chef and its certifications sits idle half the week — and the owner has no predictable way to fill it.

Flambia is the answer I wish I’d had: the software and the playbook that let a kitchen you already run add a prepaid meal-plan line — customers pay up front, you cook a fixed menu in batches, and the bank account grows on purpose, not by luck.

So — where are you standing right now?

I built this whole thing so the next operator wouldn’t have to learn it the hard way like I did. Pick the door that sounds like you today — there’s a real next step behind each one.

Ready to build it yourself

I know the model works — give me the step-by-step plan.

Then start where I’d start. The Prepaid Meal-Prep Playbook is the exact plan I used to take a kitchen to $203,956 a month — the menu math, the prepaid model, and how to land your first five paying customers — laid out so you can run it in your own city this month.

Already running meal-prep

I run meal-prep — I want the software to scale.

Flambia System runs your menu, food cost and production — and we don’t stop at software: we run your ads and help you get customers, the way I scaled a brand to a $203,956 month. Come see it live and we’ll map it to your operation.
